Controller – Join Our Team!

We are looking for an experienced Controller to play a key role in driving financial excellence and supporting our corporate goals. As a vital member of our team, you’ll work closely with managers across departments, as well as external vendors and customers, to ensure our financial operations run smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Management
Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding financial strategy and operations.
• Provide financial insights to decision-makers.
• Coordinate financial planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.
• Support accounting processes, address compliance issues, and manage outsourced functions.
• Oversee corporate finance tasks, including loans, cash flow, and bank relations.

Reporting
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze performance against budgets, highlighting variances to management.

Transactions
Guarantee the integrity of financial transactions and forecasting.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
• Prepare forecasts, conduct performance analyses, and manage tax filings according to Dutch regulations.
• Reconcile payroll processing outcomes accurately and promptly.

Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and financial requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Monitor debt levels and enforce credit limits.
• Manage all government reporting and tax filing requirements.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate should possess:
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within manufacturing, trading, or audit firms.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and statutory financial regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Fluency in English (C2) and a strong understanding of the Dutch language.
