We are a small but strong team, working closely together with our suppliers to offer our customers the best air filters and air filter solutions on the Danish market.
Join our team as Sales Support Specialist - to provide excellent support to our business sales team and our customers.
What the job is all about.
This position is responsible for administrative support to the Dinair ApS business sales team by processing, validating and managing orders, maintaining customer records, managing sales leads and answering customer queries.

What will you be doing?
- Will provide full-cycle customer service in accordance with the Company's goals and guidelines
- Execution of order acceptance, registration and coordination in accordance with the Company's order plans, in accordance with the customer's condition
- Provide support to Sales team and all the necessary information to successfully meet the customer's needs
- Customer communication - telephone calls, e-mails, easy-to-understand professional information about order fulfillment and planned delivery
- Related duties and responsibilities in the work performance process
- Support sales manager in daily work
- Perform various related tasks and administrative work in the process of order processing and approval
What should you have?
- At least 1+ year of previous work experience in Customer Service or Sales support work
- Good customer care skills
- Good computer and office equipment skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken Danish and English languages
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- An ability to work independently and as a team member
- Good administrative skills
- Quick to learn
- Proactivity.

We expect you to start work in July.
This is a full-time, office-based position located in Vallensbæk, Denmark
The Sales Support Specialist has a direct and official reporting line to Managing Director Henrik Dahl Lassesen.
