About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented temporary Back Office support to join our team for a 1-year contract. In this role, you will provide essential support to our sales operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes that contribute to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on accounts receivable and ensure timely payments
• Track and follow up on customer orders
• Process orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Post purchase orders, sales orders, and delivery notes in the system
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is desirable
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

We offer a salary package, including 13th and 14th month payments.

Applicants must already hold a valid work permit or citizenship for Greece. No visa sponsorship or relocation support is available.
