About the role

The Junior Process Engineer supports optimization, stability, and continuous improvement of production processes. The role focuses on analyzing process performance, supporting problem-solving activities, and assisting in the implementation of improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and operational performance.

Your responsibilities:

· support the analysis and monitoring of manufacturing processes,

· collect and evaluate process data and assist in identifying improvement opportunities.

· participate in troubleshooting activities and root cause analysis of production issues,

· support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / CI),

· contribute to maintaining and updating process documentation, work instructions, and standards.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical, industrial, chemical, or process engineering)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment

Languages: Fluent in English (B1 level or higher), local language

Systems/tools: strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint),

Licenses & certifications: Driving license

Competences and skills:

· Strong analytical thinking mindset and problem-solving ability

· Strong communication skills

· Proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure

· Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement tools

· Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
